B2B Senior Product Manager

About your role:

Payment Value Added Service team offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (Bill Matrix, Check Free Pay, Snap Pay) for enterprise merchants and government entities to automate their workflows and leverage data to drive strategic business outcomes. Snap Pay is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that makes B2B Accounts Receivable payments easier, faster, secure and more efficient between sellers and buyers.

We help organizations digitally transform their "Order-to-Cash" lifecycle with leading capabilities for e-commerce/offline payments, electronic invoice presentment and payment tool integrated with industry ERP providers, actionable data insights to improve payment collections, and value-added services that broaden value proposition to merchants (surcharging, tokenization, intelligent gateways).

Snap Pay is one of the highest growth businesses in Merchant Solutions (~20% revenue growth year over year), and is poised to meaningfully capture the A/R automation market with a transformational product roadmap that elevates the user experience, enhances core functionalities, and launches game-changing offerings to help our customers achieve stronger financial outcomes.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead, manage, and scale the flagship Snap Pay platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing enterprise, middle market customer pain points and needs, driving feature enhancements, and steering the evolution of the core Snap Pay vision, roadmap, and execution. We are looking for someone with deep product discipline and understands what it takes to innovate a mature product in a high revenue, high volume environment.

As you grow in role, you will champion and evangelize Snap Pay across various Fiserv teams to identify synergies and experiment upsell/cross-sell opportunities for users to benefit from incremental services.

Responsibilities:

* Define and execute roadmap for Snap Pay core application experiences (A/R automation with omnichannel digital payments solutions, and Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment) enhanced with Value Added Services (e.g., Financing, Fraud, Cross-border)

* Deeply understand customer needs and use front-line insights to evaluate new feature enhancement concepts, along with competitive landscape and ROI analysis

* Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large, technical product initiatives within committed time periods, ensuring a successful build outcome and best-in-class user experience

* Do all the things you'd expect from a product manager, like driving planning, prioritization, defining business and functional requirements, creating concept prototypes, measuring product performance with relevant KPIs with cross-functional stakeholders

* Create commercial ready product solutions with go-to-market strategies, ensure quality with compliance and legal requirements

Qualifications:

* 5+ years technology experience as a Product Manager building and/or scaling large-scale digital payments-focused products from ideation to launch.

* Experience with B2B, SaaS, and ERP products. Ideally having worked in startups or in complex enterprises

* Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions
