The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two‑year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track, analysts gain hands‑on experience, build professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. A successful Product Management Analyst at Fiserv assists in the development and management of products. This role offers practical experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and working with cross‑functional teams.

• Assist in product development and management activities.
• Support adoption of AI tools across service teams.
• Support market analysis and competitive research.
• Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success.

• Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree completed in December 2024 or after in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management.
• 3.0+ GPA.
• 0‑2 years of professional work experience.

• Previous internship experience.
• Majors such as Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross‑functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• This role is on‑site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in‑person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in‑person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range $62,250.00 – $99,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
