The Product Manager for Commercial Banking Solutions is accountable for the strategic direction and tactical execution of design, delivery, and operational support aligned to Fiserv’s commercial treasury portfolio. This role focuses on the coordination and continual evolution of digital solutions and integrations for the Digital Payments division, working closely with Technology development, Implementation and Delivery, Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.
What you will do:- Develop and execute delivery plans for a defined product roadmap, in line with target product strategy, operations, and marketing plans.
- Partner closely with allied groups including Development, Implementations, Service, Operations and Sales/Marketing, building trust and credibility through teamwork within and across Fiserv Divisional Business Units.
- Collaborate with clients and client‑facing teams to support product adoption and roll‑out.
- Lead the development of a long‑term product and market strategy.
- Drive innovation and business growth in a shared services environment.
- Ensure delivery of a high‑quality, stable, and scalable Commercial banking platform supporting Fiserv clients and their account holders.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, especially in Commercial Treasury Banking, driving Product Development and commercialization, Banking Operations, or Solutions Architecture roles.
- 3+ years of experience working in complex wholesale banking product distribution models where services are embedded or delivered through other solutions and your product end‑user is a customer of your client – B2B2C model.
- Strong knowledge of trends in Commercial or Treasury banking, payments & financial services business and how these trends will impact future business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a complex business environment and drive cultural transformation.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, especially with a technology focus.
- Technical acumen in different technology ecosystems (mainframe, distributed, cloud).
- Experience modernizing legacy technology systems and platforms.
- Visionary leadership with a clear product portfolio strategy.
- Market insight and ability to create partnership opportunities.
- Focus on client needs and ability to drive results in a global technology organization.
- Leadership skills including client focus, market insight, and change leadership.
