European Wax Center Berkeley Heights is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Lead Guest Service Associate to join our team in Berkeley Heights, NJ! In this leadership role, you'll be the face of our guest experience — setting the standard for exceptional service while guiding and supporting your fellow team members. • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting, assisting, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Lead and mentor guest service associates, providing guidance and support during daily operations
• Monitor front-of-house activities to ensure smooth, efficient service flow and a positive guest experience
• Handle escalated guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members on service standards and procedures
• Adhere to cleanliness standards and maintenance, providing our guests with a safe environment
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to guest interactions and team performance
• Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and uphold company standards

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a guest-facing role
• Salon experience, knowledge of Zenoti POS a plus
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with basic computer systems or point-of-sale (POS) software preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
