Primrose School of New Providence is growing, and we are looking for passionate early childhood educators to grow with us. As we continue to expand our enrollment and classrooms, we are currently hiring for both a Lead Preschool Teacher and a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Lead Preschool and Pre-K Teacher
Location:

Pay Range: $18–$21 per hour, based on education and experience

As a Lead Teacher, you will create a nurturing and engaging classroom where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. You will work alongside a supportive leadership team and utilize Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum to provide exceptional educational experiences every day.

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for educating and nurturing young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Early Childhood coursework preferred

Schedule:
