As we continue to expand our enrollment and classrooms, we are currently hiring for both a Lead Preschool Teacher and a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Location:

165 South Street, New Providence, NJ

Pay Range: $18–$21 per hour, based on education and experience

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for educating and nurturing young children
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Early Childhood coursework preferred
