Senior Accountant –

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring GAAP compliance, analyzing manufacturing data, and supporting external audit and year-end reporting processes.

• Assist in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational expenditures
• Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Transition monthly internal reporting to ensure all finance and accounting operations comply with GAAP for quarterly covenant reporting
• Implement financial reporting to support manufacturing data analysis
• Manage and assist in preparation of external audits, year-end insurance, and income reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
  Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
• Proficiency with Net Suite and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Experience overseeing the annual audit

• Superior data management and analysis skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
