FP&A Consultant

Company Overview

A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an FP&A Consultant. The role involves supporting financial reporting and strategic business initiatives within the real estate segment.

• Prepare the RE business financial forecast and weekly reporting to Corporate Finance for senior management
• Conduct financial modeling of various real estate equity and debt investment businesses
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and delivery of key metrics, including fundraising, capital deployment, and realizations data
• Draft and create presentations for senior management, including the RE CFO
• Partner in the preparation of RE strategic plans, new business analysis, and ad hoc analyses
• Support the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations teams during the quarterly earnings process
• Involvement with SEC financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly filings
• Lead and assist with special projects for the RE business

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics with a strong GPA
• 1-3 years of related experience (FP&A or management reporting experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
  Essbase and Anaplan reporting skills a plus

Pay Rate: $45 – $60/hr, DOE
