3M HEALTHCARE in Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to support physicians, PAs and NPs with clerical duties, patient flow and procedures. The MA will prepare examination rooms, document vital signs in the EHR, review medications and allergies, and assist with scheduling and referrals in PMS/EHR.
Required are a high school diploma and completion of an accredited MA or phlebotomy program, with 0–1 year experience (2–4 years preferred) and BLS within 30 days of hire.
