. Our facility is currently hiring full time, part time, and per-diem activity aides starting at $15.47 per hour. Every other weekend shifts are required.

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a MIMA Healthcare facility, is a 235 bed facility located in Bayville, NJ that provides long term skilled nursing care and short term post-acute rehabilitation. Crystal Lake provides staff with CPR training and on-going education related to the care of our patients and state regulations right in our facility.

Candidates should be reliable, well organized, and have a passion to care for our residents. Candidates must also have reliable transportation to the facility. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
