The Lead Barista
assists the Starbucks Manager with training and development of staff. Performs duties of all positions within the department. Resolves employee and guest-related problems. Uses proper cash handling and accounting procedures. Acts as a Store Manager when required. Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.

• Prior Starbucks supervisory/Lead trainer experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members
• Experience with MICROS POS system or similar point-of-sale platforms a plus
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to multi-task
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early AM shifts, weekends, and holidays
