About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in AI initiatives to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with an understanding of AI/ML concepts and agile delivery methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders—to ensure that AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI/ML initiatives, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to translate business goals into AI-driven solutions.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes in dynamic AI environments.
• Track and report progress using Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Click Up, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Support project teams in navigating AI-specific challenges such as data readiness, model explainability, and ethical considerations.
• Prepare and deliver executive updates, dashboards, and documentation for project governance and audits.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and PM frameworks for AI projects, including MLOps lifecycle management and performance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Automation domains.
• Solid understanding of AI workflows (data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams across data science, software engineering, and product management.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
