UX team is seeking a highly motivated UX Analyst with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the end?to?end UX design lifecycle—from research and requirements gathering to design iteration, validation, and QA.
In this role, you will own UX design oversight throughout product development, review and analyze UX design, provide actionable design feedback, and lead communication with U.S. mobile carriers as well as other teams in South Korea. You will track, document, and resolve UX?related issues throughout the product lifecycle while ensuring the final experience meets consumer needs, technical requirements, and carrier expectations.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, keen UX judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast?moving environment.

- Communicate device UX to mobile carriers, gather feedback, and partner with designers in South Korea to enhance the user experience.
- Review and analyze UX during early development phases and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams including product design, research, engineering, marketing, and external partners such as telecom operators and consultants.
- Ensure UI development aligns with consumer needs, technical specifications, and carrier requirements.
- Analyze competitive mobile device UX and monitor market trends in mobile interface design.
- Conduct design research, create mockups, and propose new UX concepts.
- Plan and conduct group usability studies; document findings and deliver insights and recommendations.
- 3+ years of industry experience or 1+ years with a Master’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Factors, HCI, Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, IT, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture fundamentals, software design processes, and UX/UI design deliverables.
- Experience designing mobile applications and participating across the full design lifecycle.
- Strong time management and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Experience working cross?functionally and reporting to multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and documentation ability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with strong ownership mindset.
- Hands?on experience in UX research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with design and communication tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
