This is not a hands-on design role. The role is heavily focused on communication, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated UX Analyst with strong project management and communication skills to support the UX design aspects of mobile product development. This role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end design lifecycle—from research and requirements gathering through design iteration, validation, and QA.
In this position, you will own the UX design oversight for assigned products, providing thoughtful critiques, alternative design recommendations, and actionable feedback to design teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, track UX-related issues throughout the product lifecycle, and ensure high-quality execution aligned with business, technical, and market needs.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for UX quality, thrives in ambiguous environments, and excels at keeping complex projects on track while maintaining clear and effective communication across teams.

- Review and analyze UX during early development phases and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Communicate UX direction and feedback with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with product design, research, engineering, QA, and marketing teams
- Ensure UI and UX solutions meet consumer needs, technical specifications, and partner requirements
- Track, manage, and resolve UX-related issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed
- Analyze competitive mobile UX and broader market trends
- Conduct design research, propose new concepts, and develop mockups as needed
- Facilitate and document usability studies, including findings and recommendations
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or 1+ year with a Master’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong understanding of application architecture fundamentals, software design processes, and UX deliverables
- Experience with mobile application design from research through final design artifacts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Working knowledge of usability testing methodologies
- Familiarity with design and communication tools (e.g., Adobe)
