We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high system reliability, performance, and scalability across cloud-based environments. This role requires strong expertise in monitoring, automation, CI/CD, and AWS infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
- Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational efficiency
- 15+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Dev Ops
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Dynatrace (application performance monitoring)
- Ansible (automation & configuration management)
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Experience with incident management and production support
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
