Tandem Consultant
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Tandem Consultant to join their team. As a Tandem Consultant, you will be part of the IT department supporting infrastructure and systems management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days onsite every week)
- Interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues related to Tandem systems and ATMs.
- Document and develop supporting materials for ATM configurations and related hardware/software systems.
- Develop scripting alerts and monitor production systems using tools like Splunk, Moogsoft, or Extrahop.
- Assist in transitioning teams to an Agile framework and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize technical expertise to support new configuration requirements and system enhancements for ATMs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Tandem systems, including Line Handlers, Device Handlers, and configuration management.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Extrahop.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Automated Teller Machines (ATM) systems and hardware is preferred.
