Lead Architect Java/VMWare
Alpharetta, GA or Berkeley Heights, NJ 6 months+

Required:
- At least 5 years of experience with Programming in Java, Spring based projects in a cloud environment.
- Expertise in Core Java 8 and above
- Expertise in Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Data-JPA
- CI/CD tools experience
- Use VMWare toolsets such as VRA/VRO together with Salt to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and maintenance.
- Infrastructure planning experience.
- Deep knowledge in SQL, Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins
- Good Knowledge in Microservices architecture and patterns
- Good knowledge in Oracle/Postgres/MongoDB, SQL Server databases
- Good knowledge in messaging architecture - Kafka to be specific.
- Knowledge in Cloud/Container technologies Docker, Kubernetes / Open Shift. AWS knowledge is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Spring Cloud
- Experience in working with Agile Methodologies. Scrum or Kanban
