Technical Business Analyst (Financial - Cards/Disputes/Frauds)
Location:
Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days onsite)
- Business Analyst with a technology background in .NET
- Able to convert functional stories to technical stories
- Can create component, system, interface diagrams and explain to developers for coding
- Knowledge of HLD/LLD
- Work experience in banking and financial projects, preferably in the cards domain
- Experience in Agile projects
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Coordination with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Documentation of business requirements and use cases
- Delivery‑focused approach to work and ability to work without direction
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of industry‑wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency
Ability to work in large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
