Product Analyst, Advisor I

About your role

As a Product Analyst, Advisor I, you will support the transaction enrichment product that delivers enhanced transaction data and insights across Cards products, including Card Hub. You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Technology teams to analyze product performance, define requirements, and translate insights into enhancements that improve client and end-user experiences. Your work will help scale enrichment capabilities and support data‑driven decisions across card platforms.

What

you’ll do
  • Support the strategy and evolution of the transaction enrichment product to align with Cards product objectives and business priorities

  • Analyze transaction data, enrichment accuracy, model performance, and user outcomes to identify opportunities for product improvement

  • Partner with Data Science, Technology, and Product teams to define requirements for enrichment models, features, and product enhancements

  • Translate analytical findings and model outputs into clear product recommendations, requirements, and prioritized work

  • Support roadmap planning by evaluating business impact, dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs using data‑driven analysis

  • Monitor key performance indicators for data quality, enrichment coverage, usability, and product effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Cards product teams, including Card Hub, to support integration, adoption, testing, and rollout of enrichment enhancements

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all‑inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have
  • 6+ years of experience in product analysis, analytics, data science, or related roles supporting digital products, payments products, or financial services platforms

  • 6+ years of experience working with large datasets, advanced analytics, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and business outcomes

  • 6+ years of experience translating analytical outputs, model results, and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations

  • Experience partnering with Data Science, Technology, and cross‑functional product teams to deliver enhancements in an Agile or similar product delivery environment

  • Experience evaluating model performance, data quality, coverage, and user outcomes in a product context

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have
  • Experience supporting transaction data, transaction enrichment, or payments‑related products

  • Familiarity with data science concepts such as classification, clustering, and model performance evaluation

  • Knowledge of Cards products, card platforms, or financial services data ecosystems

  • Experience creating product, analytics, and performance documentation for technical and business stakeholders

How you’ll work
  • This role is on‑site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in‑person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in‑person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
