At Aperia, we rely on a dynamic team of developers. We're seeking a Business Analyst who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward‑thinking organization that's always pushing boundaries.

• Work with internal client to define and refine business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Serve as liaison between client team, development team, and data warehouse team while working directly for the Delivery Lead/Product Owner.
• Be instrumental in data identification, data analysis, unit testing, and managing user testing & sign off.
• Apply attention to detail, sense of ownership, interpersonal skills, and excellent documentation skills to increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions, bugs, and test failures.

• A bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong ability to transform and extract required details from higher‑level business requests.
• Working knowledge of query language such as SQL.
• High level of comfort manipulating data in Excel/Access.
• A solid understanding of testing and test case development.

• Knowledge of Java, Angular.
• Knowledge of prototyping applications such as Axure.
• Knowledge of Copilot.
