- Calendar Management: Maintain and manage attorneys' calendars to ensure they are informed and prepared for deadlines, court appearances, and meetings.
- Administrative Support: Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files to ensure efficient case management and accessibility.
- Family Law Experience: Minimum of 2 years of family law paralegal experience with a comprehensive understanding of the field's complexities.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of interacting across all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Expertise: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, team members, and court personnel.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in CIS software, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and SharePoint. Bilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, are a plus but not required.
