Associate, Class

Kennedys, a global law firm, seeks motivated First Year Associates to join our rapidly growing firm. We currently have over twelve offices across the US, focusing on insurance coverage, general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, maritime and cyber/data privacy. The ideal candidate has an interest and/or experience in insurance. We are recruiting ambitious, enthusiastic recent law school graduates or current judicial clerks, who are fully dedicated to client service and enjoy working in a collegial, inclusive culture.

Ideal candidates will be team players and highly responsive to both colleagues and clients, with the ability to adapt their style as required. The successful Associate will have the opportunity to learn from award winning partners in our collaborative and supportive environment.

• JD from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required, above 3.3 preferred
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey, or planning on taking the bar exam in 2026
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Experience and/or interest in insurance
• Strong interest in community leadership and diversity
• Previous or current judicial clerkship or paralegal experience, a huge plus!
