As a successful Program Manager, you will ensure Fiserv consistently delivers on its commitments to strategic financial institution clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, delivery excellence and long‑term partnership value by orchestrating complex programs and portfolios across the organization.

• Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high‑complexity programs, portfolios or projects of strategic importance.
• Build and maintain trusted executive‑level relationships with client leaders and internal partners.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients—providing insight, guidance and best‑fit solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback informs roadmap, delivery and solution decisions.
• Own client business objectives and success metrics.
• Lead development of integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program and project management within business environments.
• Proven success delivering large, complex and strategic programs.
• Demonstrated experience with data‑driven management, metrics and executive reporting.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams.

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services or payments industry.
• Deep understanding of program/project management life cycles and delivery governance.
• Broad knowledge of platform‑based solutions and enterprise technology environments.
