General Manager, U.S. leads the development and execution of the U.S. commercial strategy for oncology products, overseeing organizational build, launch planning, and market access.
Responsibilities- develop strategic plans
- lead cross-functional collaboration
- build and scale the commercial team
- manage budgets; establish relationships with healthcare stakeholders; monitor market trends and implement commercial excellence initiatives
- bachelor's degree in business, sciences, or related field
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles, with 10+ years in U.S. oncology commercialization, including product launches
- proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem
- advanced degree, experience with personalized/precision oncology, biomarker-driven therapies, and commercial-excellence capabilities
- senior leadership in oncology, U.S. market, launch experience, market access expertise, and cross-functional collaboration
based in New Jersey, with potential for some travel.
