The Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications is responsible for supporting the strategy, development, and execution of a broad and highly active portfolio. Our communications initiatives include supporting business objectives, strengthening corporate reputation, raising corporate and executive visibility, cultivating employee engagement, and evolving the brand as we further our transition into a "commercial-stage" community. This dynamic role serves as a trusted communications partner, creating and delivering impactful messaging and materials across internal and external channels to reach a variety of audiences, including investors.

The position requires strong writing and editing, attention to detail, cross-functional and external stakeholder relationship building, collaboration, project management, brand management, and organization capabilities.

• Draft, review, and/or secure approval on a range of materials, including messaging/corporate narrative, press releases, social media posts, bylined media articles and Q&As, thought leadership, multimedia, factsheets, website content, and more
• Support communications for corporate, data, and regulatory newsflow
• Serve as the day-to-day lead on managing the corporate website, including fielding cross-functional requests for updates
• Manage the corporate brand by collaborating with teams on multi-purpose messaging and imagery requests for medical meetings, commercial booths and sponsor ships, patient advocacy initiatives, and corporate events
• Interact closely with external public relations and website vendor partners to manage the accurate and timely delivery of a variety of projects for corporate and executive communications efforts
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests related to materials development, benchmarking, performance metrics reporting, media monitoring, social listening, and more

• Support materials development and execution for quarterly earnings, including on the press release, script, Q&A, deck, and live call
• Serve in a supporting role on miscellaneous financial communications, including messaging, investor outreach notes, and banking conference presentations
• Help with corporate presentation updates
• Handle IR database entries to track meetings with the Street
