• Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model
• Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
• Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting
• Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs
• Manage test execution on cloud platforms like for faster feedback and scalability
• Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.
• Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
• Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
• Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

• 8-12 years Hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation + AI-driven quality insights
• Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platform (Lambda, Test grid, Sauce Labs etc), and release readiness
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).
• Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools
• Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems
• Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing
• Strong Knowledge in Telecom (prepaid & postpaid) rating & billing, revenue assurance, tariff & discount logic, compliance & Tax, Regulatory, Domain expertise in telecom, corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint to production
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
