Certification Coordination Analyst

As a Certification Coordination Analyst, you will coordinate certification activities that support software quality, release readiness and client implementation needs. You will work with product, development, quality assurance and implementation teams to track certification requirements, validate outcomes and resolve issues. Your work helps ensure solutions meet defined standards for performance, reliability and delivery readiness.

• Coordinate certification activities across product, development, quality assurance and implementation teams.
• Track certification requirements, test evidence, defects and approvals to support release readiness.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and certification documentation for software products and integrations.
• Validate application programming interface (API) requests and responses using JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Extensible Markup Language (XML) and RESTful services.
• Monitor certification timelines, communicate status updates and elevate risks that could affect project milestones.
• Support defect triage by documenting issues, validating fixes and confirming results against certification criteria.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase consistency, traceability and quality across certification activities.

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, certification coordination or technical analysis supporting software products.
• 4+ years of experience creating test plans, test cases, test evidence and certification documentation.
• 4+ years of experience working with JSON, XML and RESTful API services in testing or certification activities.
• 4+ years of experience tracking defects, documenting outcomes and supporting resolution with cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments using backlog, sprint or release tracking processes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

• Experience with automated testing tools used to increase test coverage and execution consistency.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Experience applying security testing practices in software validation.
• Software testing certification or equivalent quality assurance credential.

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
