Role Objective

Axtria is hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and scale a strong, revenue-focused partner ecosystem across technology platforms, cloud providers, AI companies, data partners, consulting organizations, and industry influencers. This is a high-impact leadership role based in New Jersey, supporting Axtria’s global client base across the US, Europe, and Asia.

The person in this role will own the end-to-end partnership strategy, build senior relationships across the ecosystem, and convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and work closely with internal teams to turn partner relationships into real market impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own Axtria’s global partnership and alliance strategy across technology, data, AI, cloud, channel, and consulting partner categories.
  • Identify, prioritize, and build high-value partnerships that support Axtria’s growth goals, client needs, and market positioning.
  • Create clear partnership plans with defined objectives, executive ownership, go-to-market priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner organizations, including alliance leaders, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive joint go-to-market motions, including co-selling, joint account planning, client events, partner campaigns, and executive briefings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure partner initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Create and manage a partnership operating model, including governance, prioritization, business reviews, and performance tracking.
