Commercial HVAC Field Service & Controls Specialist

We are industry leaders focused on logistical, energy-conscious, and cost-effective outcomes.

We are expanding our service business across New Jersey and need both seasoned and entry-level technicians who can bring systems online, solve problems, and keep occupants comfortable and safe while conserving energy.

Key responsibilities

Start up, commission, and service commercial HVAC equipment

Calibrate, verify, and adjust ventilation, humidity, and energy management settings

Troubleshoot and repair across air-conditioning and heating systems

Support and mentor junior technicians

Maintain clear documentation and communicate with clients and internal teams

Must-have qualifications5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience

Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems

Demonstrated startup/commissioning experience

Experience mentoring others in the field

Personal hand tools and a clean driving recordEPA Universal certification OSHA 30 preferred

Self-directed, strong communicator, punctual

Estimated Salary: $35/hourly - $55/hourly based on experience and skills plus benefits

Territory

Field service throughout the NJ area.
