Agentic Workflow Developer About your role:  We are seeking an Agentic Workflow Developer to design and implement AI-powered automation systems that enhance our software development and business processes. You will build intelligent workflows using agentic frameworks, creating systems where AI agents can autonomously handle multi-step tasks while maintaining appropriate human oversight. This includes building agents that can understand and work with legacy systems and documentation.

This role focuses on practical automation using AI capabilities rather than building AI models from scratch.
What you'll do:
Design and build agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step development and operational processes
Implement AI agent systems using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, or similar technologies
Create tool integrations enabling AI agents to interact with internal systems, APIs, and databases securely-including legacy systems
Build monitoring and observability systems for AI agent performance and reliability
Develop guardrails and safety mechanisms ensuring agents operate within defined boundaries
Automate code review, testing, documentation, and deployment processes using AI capabilities
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
Experience you'll need to have:
10+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python (Java experience also valued)
Hands-on experience with major LLM-powered coding assistants and the ability to evaluate emerging tools

Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow orchestration

Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs
Solid grasp of security best practices for automated systems
Experience that would be great to have:

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols
Background in Dev Ops, SRE, or platform engineering

Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
Experience building integrations with legacy systems or mainframes
Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements
