QA AI Specialist About your role: We are seeking a QA AI Specialist to transform our quality assurance practices through AI-powered testing automation and intelligent quality processes. You will leverage AI tools to dramatically accelerate test creation, improve test coverage, and build intelligent systems that can identify defects and regressions more effectively. This includes applying AI capabilities to legacy codebases that may lack adequate test coverage.
This role is about using AI to be a dramatically more effective QA professional-not about building AI/ML models.
What you'll do:
Design and implement AI-powered test generation systems that automatically create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests from code, requirements, and user stories
Leverage major LLM-powered coding assistants to accelerate test script development and maintenance
Build intelligent test analysis systems that identify flaky tests, prioritize test execution, and predict high-risk areas of the codebase
Create AI-assisted test coverage analysis for legacy systems, identifying gaps and generating tests for untested code paths
Develop agentic workflows for automated regression testing, bug reproduction, and root cause analysis
Implement AI-powered visual testing and UI validation that can intelligently detect meaningful changes
Build systems that use AI to generate test data, mock services, and simulate edge cases
Champion AI-assisted QA practices across engineering teams and drive adoption of new testing approaches
Experience you'll need to have 8+ years of QA/SDET/Test Engineering experience with strong automation background
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java for test automation development
Hands-on experience with major LLM-powered coding assistants and the ability to evaluate emerging tools
Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, pytest, JUnit)
Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test design patterns, and quality metrics
Experience testing complex systems including APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience in fintech or regulated industries with compliance testing requirements
Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI)
Background in prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs
Experience with performance testing and chaos engineering
Experience adding test coverage to legacy systems with limited documentation
Familiarity with security testing and vulnerability assessment
