Java Backend Developer

Required Skills

• Experience in designing shared libraries, frameworks, or any other artifacts that support cross-cutting concerns such as security, observability, reliability, etc., for a large number of microservices.
• Experience in cloud native applications development with exposure to any public or private cloud environments preferably in open shift with hibernates
• Ability to work well independently in a very fast-paced environment on large, unstructured problems.
• The candidate should be capable of analyzing, designing, planning, implementing, and rolling out solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both for articulating design decisions and for keeping the team informed about new developments.
• The candidate should ensure that any work started can be continued by other team members.
• While working independently is crucial, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with the team to seek help when additional resources are needed, for brainstorming, or for solution reviews. It's important to maintain team integration and update the team regularly on new developments.
• Experience with s tools like GIT
• Experience in Splunk, Dynatrace tools
• Experience in both sql and nosql with exposure to data base scheme design.
• Experience in distributed application monitoring with e2e application rollout to production:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and backend services using Java technologies (e.g., Spring Boot) to meet business requirements and performance goals.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend integrations to enable seamless communication with front-end and other systems.
• Manage and optimize database interactions (SQL/No
  
  SQL), schema design, and data access logic for reliability and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  , participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues while ensuring application security, performance, and reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, product) to deliver features and integrate components effectively.
