We are seeking a Java Backend Resource having 8+ years of professional experience in backend application development, cloud engineering, and enterprise system integration with strong expertise in building, deploying, and supporting API‑driven applications. The candidate must have deep hands‑on experience with Java Backend, K8 Micro Services, Redis, Memcache, Cloud services, and CI/CD pipeline, along with the ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, adherence to Dev Ops and Agile practices, and ownership of service quality and delivery.

• Microservices Development:
  Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services and RESTful/event-driven APIs (Kafka) using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Cloud‑Native Deployment:
  Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Caching & Optimization:
  Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcache to minimize database load and optimize performance.
• Event‑Driven Systems:
  Work with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) to create asynchronous, event‑driven architectures.
• Database Management:
  Maintain database schemas and write optimized queries for SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and No
  
  SQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) databases.
• CI/CD & Dev Ops:
  Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Dev Sec Ops ) and monitor services using observability tools.

• Functional Domain:
  Good understanding of Payment and Merchant Platform areas such as Omnichannel Payment Acceptance, Security and Compliance, Financial Management (real‑time reporting, transaction tracking), Cloud‑based POS.
• Language:
  Expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Architecture:
  Strong experience building, testing, and troubleshooting microservices.
• Infrastructure:
  Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), containerized application deployment concepts, configuration, scaling, and environment management.
• Caching Technologies:
  Experience managing data storage/caching with Redis or Memcache.
• Database:
  Proficient in SQL and No

• Tooling:
  Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Dev Sec Ops , source control, branching strategies, merge requests, pipeline configuration, and automated deployments.
• Cloud Services:
  Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• Monitoring:
  Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Observability:
  Understanding of distributed tracing and logging.
• Cloud Concepts:
  Fundamentals, app configuration, key vault, cache, service bus, event‑driven architecture, blob storage, cloud security, scalability and resiliency patterns.
