Senior Specialist - Software Engineering; Mobile iOS Developer

Seek strong mobile developers with iOS and Android skills. Two iOS developers and two Android developers are required. Preferably a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Native Android development and strong expertise in Java to design and develop advanced mobile applications.

Develop and maintain high‑quality native Android applications using Java. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Work closely with UI or UX designers to implement user‑friendly interfaces. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the native Android skill cluster.

• Lead the design and architecture of native Android applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
