A local community YMCA in New Jersey is seeking Community Pool Managers for the summer. Candidates should have supervisory experience and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities include managing pool operations, training staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and fostering community relationships. This is a full-time seasonal role with evening and weekend hours. Successful candidates will receive a free YMCA membership and must be available throughout the pool season from late May to early September.
