Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers.
  • Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
  • Confirm appointments and obtain patient's consents.
  • Send reminders to patients.
  • Reschedule appointments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Performing other administrative tasks when required.
  • Take X-Rays and assist in the back as needed
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
Qualifications
  • One (1) or more years of Orthodontic experience
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Spanish speaker preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
  • Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
  • RDA with X-ray Certification preferred
