Pay Range and Benefits

Compensation $55,000-$60,000 annually. Includes a full benefits package: company-paid individual health coverage, PTO, 401(k) matching, and bonus potential. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for managing our office located in Berkeley. This is a full-time on-site position that involves supporting agents and clients at the front desk and ensuring the office is running well, including answering phones, tracking supplies, confirming equipment is operational, troubleshooting issues, etc.

As an inquisitive and nimble individual, you:

  • Manage projects on tight timelines, take on the responsibility of keeping the office running smoothly, and create a positive and welcoming environment for our agents.
  • Assist Broker with agent license renewals.
  • Work closely with other Office Managers to ensure seamless company wide support.
  • Cross train with other Office Managers to provide support as needed.
  • Have experience managing an office. Prior real estate knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Offer new ideas to improve the office, as well as the company’s operational systems.
  • Inter-Departmental interaction with marketing and transaction team projects.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to lift 40lbs and be on your feet for at least 30 minutes at a stretch.

The position requires being on site promptly at 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and staying until 5:30 PM. The dress code is  business casual , keeping in mind that the front desk presence is the  face of the office . You’ll be doing the following:

  • Welcome clients and agents at front desk
  • Receive and distribute keys and materials being dropped off for agents
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and directing as needed
  • Distribute mail and other documents
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and replenishing as needed
  • Office organization and maintenance (upkeep of kitchenette, conference rooms, printing supplies)
  • Operation and maintenance assistance for office machines; printers/copiers, postage machine, public computers
  • Take ownership of window flyer program
  • Other projects as assigned, including supporting agent and company events and planning, hosting quarterly Advisory Meeting, marketing invoicing, signage oversight, etc.
