Front Desk Coordinator
A law firm in Berkeley is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide short-term administrative coverage. This fully onsite role will support daily front desk operations in a busy legal environment and is ideal for someone who has prior experience working within a law firm and understands the pace and professionalism required.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including answering and routing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and distributing to both onsite and remote staff
- Coordinate correspondence via email and ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents
- Scan, organize, and maintain files and records in accordance with firm practices
- Support a hybrid office by coordinating needs between onsite attorneys/staff and remote team members
- Maintain a polished, professional front office presence
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed during the coverage period
