Sales Porter

• Support the sales team
• Organize vehicles in showroom and storage lots
• Maintain vehicle lot, keep neat and organized by moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Oversee delivery of vehicle shipments and inspect new vehicles for damage upon arrival.
• Ensure all vehicles contain the correct paperwork, user manual, and accessories.
• Maintain decals on new and used cars, buyer’s guides/not for sale tags as well as current sale and markdown tags.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery upon sale – including but not limited to refueling, assisting with sticker removal, removal of protective coverings and , etc.
• Create key tags for vehicles
• Pick-up and deliver vehicles from storage
• Assist with dealer trades, deliver vehicles to customers and shuttling as needed
• Manage battery charging process and battery charging log to properly ensure batteries are charged at all times
• Facilitate with replenishing vehicle fluids and perform other minor vehicle maintenance, as needed.
• Assist with showroom clean-up and deliveries as needed
• Perform other duties given by Supervisor as directed

• Ablity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• The Sales Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.61 and $21.00. – Hourly rate depends on experience.
