The Vessel Performance Specialist will be responsible for driving forth this purpose through the proactive monitoring and improvement of vessel performance across Cargill's chartered fleet.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee performance metrics for a segment of the fleet.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency of the voyage.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing energy efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of digital tools.
- Assist with safety and compliance matters.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or an equivalent discipline.
- Sea-going experience as a Marine Engineer and/or prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in processing data and applying statistical/data analysis techniques to generate actionable vessel performance insights and recommendations is a plus.
