Provide administrative support to the Sales team, coordinate and process sales‑related correspondence, contracts, and reports to help the team meet and exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities- Initiate and maintain relationships with Account Executives (AE’s), internal staff, and external clients including agencies and out‑of‑home buying services.
- Provide customer service and follow up on all requests on behalf of the AE.
- Coordinate and process advertising contracts, internal work orders, non‑space agreements, paper request forms, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, CCN’s, and all related paperwork.
- Track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation.
- Develop understanding of CMS/IMS systems to create effective proposals, contracts, and maps for AEs.
- Represent the Sales Department with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1‑2 years of professional work experience, preferably in sales or advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and maintain personal and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated with a commitment to work with integrity.
The base salary range is $26–$31 per hour, and additional compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience and market benchmarks.
Per California law, this wage range reflects a good‑faith assessment of the role.
