Responsibilities Member Engagement & Community Experience
  • Serve as the on‑site coordinator during extended hours; welcome and orient members and guests, answer questions, and provide front‑line support.
  • Build and sustain a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects the eHub’s culture of belonging, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Engage members in conversations, help them navigate eHub programs/events, and connect them to resources or peers.
  • Staff and support member‑facing events (workshops, mixers, pitch nights), including check‑in, participant flow, hospitality, and event wrap‑up.
  • Model community norms and serve as a resource for members navigating entrepreneurship or seeking connection.
  • Troubleshoot member issues and elevate concerns to the Executive Director as needed.
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Reconcile expense documentation for supplies, programs, and events; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Prepare and deliver regular attendance, space‑usage, and participation reports; maintain data accuracy across all tracking tools.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory of supplies, including office, kitchen, event materials, and signage; anticipate needs and maintain stock.
  • Maintain accurate member check‑in logs, event participation data, and other usage records; support audits and data reviews.
  • Provide logistics support for evening/weekend events, including room configuration, AV setups, vendor/catering coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage all printing needs (flyers, blue cards, signage, decks), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Track orders, receipts, and operational needs.
Space Oversight & Safety
  • Ensure the eHub remains clean, functional, and ready for member use during extended hours, including seating areas, studios, meeting rooms, and hospitality zones.
  • Monitor AV equipment, tech peripherals, signage, and space flow; identify issues and coordinate solutions with campus facilities, IT, or security.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot facility or operational issues that arise during extended hours; use judgment to elevate when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment aligned with campus policies and entrepreneurship center guidelines.
