The individual will provide commercial leadership and cost governance throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading cost planning, estimating, and managing change control and contingency strategies.

The position requires coordinating with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Additionally, the role entails preparing commercial reports, conducting value engineering exercises, and managing final account negotiations.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 57 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry is required, with a preference for a background in construction consultancy. Applicants should have proven experience leading cost management on complex projects such as data centers or mission-critical facilities.
