Life Long Medical Care in Berkeley is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Call Center team. You will be the frontline contact for patients, caregivers, and external partners, answering inquiries, registering new patients, and scheduling appointments.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of multi-line phone experience, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred; SEIU-UHW members may be required per the CBA.
