General Dentistry Position

This is a General Dentistry position with Total Health Dental Care located in Berkeley, CA 94705. The practice offers a profit sharing and partner associate model.

Licensure:
Active California Dental License (DDS/DMD) in good standing

Experience:

2+ years but we can also place new grads under a lead dentist

Certifications:

CPR/BLS, active California dental license, and malpractice insurance

Software & Tech:
We utilize Dentrix Ascend and Cerec, Itero scanner, and digital X-rays to deliver top-tier patient care.

Clinical Focus:
Manage a daily flow of approximately 8 - 10 patients per day, focusing on comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and coordinating with our specialty support team.

Pay: $225,000–$300,000 per year

You will receive the greater of:

• $800 per working day OR 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI)
