General Dentistry Position

This is a General Dentistry position with Total Health Dental Care located in Berkeley, CA 94705. The position offers a profit sharing and partner associate model.

Our practice utilizes Dentrix Ascend and Cerec, Itero scanner, and digital X-rays to deliver top-tier patient care. We manage a daily flow of approximately 8 - 10 patients per day, focusing on comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and coordinating with our specialty support team.

Our doctors earn from the success of the entire practice, not just their own production. Profit-sharing opportunities include personal production, hygiene, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and membership plans. Total Health Dental Care offers an alternative to traditional practice ownership. We provide an established patient base, full specialty support, proven back-office systems, profit-sharing across the practice, no startup debt or ownership buy-in, and ownership-level earning potential with less risk.

We are seeking motivated General Dentists who want long-term growth and are excited to be part of a collaborative, high-performing practice. Ideal candidates have strong restorative and clinical skills, excellent communication and bedside manner, a patient-first mindset, willingness to follow proven systems and protocols, a long-term growth mindset, and desire for ownership-level income without traditional ownership risk.

The schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 7:40 AM–4:40 PM. Benefits include a profit-sharing compensation model, 401(k), medical and dental benefits, established patient flow, and a full specialty support team.

Pay: $225,000–$300,000 per year. For the first 6 months, you will receive the greater of $800 per working day or 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI). After 6 months, you will receive the greater of $700 per working day or 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI).
