We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers you the opportunity to provide comprehensive preventive dental care and education in a supportive environment with a flexible schedule. • $65 - $85 per hour

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist in a general dental practice.
• Valid N2O license and Laser certification are mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various scaling techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and patient comfort.

• Interest in environmentally conscious dental practices.
• Previous experience working in a fee-for-service dental model.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to varying patient schedules.

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling treatments to maintain optimal oral health.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and identifying potential dental issues.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and staff to develop individualized and effective patient treatment plans.
• Utilize Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and Laser certifications to maximize patient comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance with dental regulatory standards.
