Experience with Eaglesoft, billing insurance, verifying insurance, checking outstanding claims, scheduling appointments, patient care, Gsuite knowledge, computer savvy

Our privately privately-owned, state of the art dental practice located in the east bay area offering complete, comprehensive dental care to our community since 2005. Our team is dedicated to helping all our patients achieve optimal dental health. We have an opportunity for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to add to our amazing team.

Our Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience of our office and being a productive member of the front office team. From answering the phone to making appointments and discussing treatment, our ideal candidate will excel in:

• Exceptional patient communication & education
• 5-star service on the phone & in person
• Proven computer & time management skills
• Productive appointment scheduling & efficient workflow processes
• Achieving goals with autonomy and minimal supervision
• Fast-paced environment with a service-driven mindset
• Understanding of & working with various dental insurance plans
• Treatment planning/case presentation
• Assisting patients in achieving optimal dental health through regular professional care
• Prior experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED)
• Experience with Eaglesoft, Slack, & Microsoft suite (REQUIRED)

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
