Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologists to join their premier and rapidly growing team across established practice locations in San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley, California. Physicians in this integrated program will provide high-acuity care supporting approximately 7,000 annual births and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Practice Info
- Three full-time positions across established practice locations at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland and Berkeley
- Integrated program spanning three clinical sites supporting an annual delivery volume of approximately 7,000 births and an average daily NICU census of 36
- High-acuity, collaborative practice environment with access to advanced technology and subspecialty support
Responsibilities
- Manage micropreemies utilizing advanced ventilation strategies
- Provide specialized neonatal care within a dedicated Small Baby Unit
- Deliver comprehensive neonatal surgical services
- Administer therapeutic hypothermia
- Coordinate neonatal transport
Compensation
- $327,606 - $425,481 per year
