Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is recruiting a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their growing team across Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond, and Lafayette, CA. The physician will practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with a collaborative, evidence-based care team, emphasizing areas such as menopause, sexual health, and cancer survivorship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner in expanding subspecialty gynecologic care and participate in innovative clinical programs.

- Locations include Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond, and Lafayette, CA
- Multi-specialty medical group with over 370 clinicians practicing in 25+ specialties in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties
- Affiliated with Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation, a not-for-profit health care organization providing operational and administrative support
Responsibilities
- Practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with an emphasis on menopause/perimenopause, sexual health, and cancer survivorship
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and CNMs who are integral members of the team
- Partner to expand the ability to provide complex care and serve patients locally at established clinical sites as well as system-wide
- Participate in centering pregnancy (group-based prenatal care)
- Participate in focused clinics for patients with complex menopause concerns, complex family planning issues, and surgical gynecology needs
Compensation
- Base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, experience, community need and other possible determining components

Requirements
- An active and unrestricted CA license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Must be open to taking limited OB call
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
